T-Pack™ is an automatic compact and modular packaging and shrink-wrapping machine for precious metals ingots.
This packaging machine seals precious metals ingots - as well as objects of different materials - with a heat shrink film.
It can be easily integrated to any production line and offers customizable wrapping solutions.

TECHNOLOGY
HOW DOES T-PACK MACHINE WORK?

The ingot is placed on a conveyor belt inside the machine.

While sliding on the belt, the ingot is wrapped in PVC film, which is stretched to ensure perfect wrapping.

A special press heat-seals the film, sealing it around the ingot.

The wrapped ingot enters the shrink tunnel, where the heat causes the film to shrink, adhering completely to the product.

Once the process is complete, the packed ingots are manually picked up by an operator.
