Vision System & Data Storing

T-Vision™ is designed to detect and check serial numbers applied by dot-matrix (not by press) on gold and silver bars. It allows a continuous matching check of the serial number applied on the bar with the one expected by the system. It also allows the archiving of photos of each ingot.

TECHNOLOGY

HOW DOES T-VISION WORK?

The operator loads the first serial number manually into the system, and starting from that one the system will automatically increase 1 by one such value, checking if the bar placed under the camera is matching the expected one.

Bars are placed manually under the vision system.

The system saves and displays in real time a timestamp of each checking, result report, eventual forcing action of the operator, photo of the ingot.

All data is processed through an operator dashboard and can be exported to different devices.
